Elaine Archuleta is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.  She has experience helping individuals, families and couples achieve their goals for improved well-being.  

 

Elaine has expertise in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, personality disorders and substance abuse. She takes a holistic approach, considering a variety of factors which affect a clients well-being and emotional state.  She uses psycho-education, skill-building, mindfulness, and spirituality in her approach to helping clients achieve desired outcomes. 

 

Elaine has training in  Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Therapy and Somatic Therapy
